Axis Operations And Talent LLC (USA) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, meaning we decide how and why it is used.

Candidates: name, email, phone number and CV. Companies: account email, login credentials, company name, description and website. All visitors: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device information. Card details are collected by Paddle, not by us.
Why we use it and legal basis
Candidate data: to assess and match you to roles (your consent and our legitimate interest in recruitment). Company data: to create your account and display your listings (performance of a contract). Technical data: to keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests). Email contact: to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests). We meet legal obligations such as tax records where required.
Who can see CVs
Only the Axis Operations And Talent LLC team. Companies can see how many people applied to their vacancies, never the CVs or applicant details.
Sharing
We share data only with: hosting and infrastructure providers that run this site; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where required by law. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep applications as long as needed for recruitment and company accounts while they are active, then delete or anonymise data when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@axisoperationsandtalent.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, private storage for CVs, and access controls limiting CV access to our team.
International transfers
We are based in the USA and serve clients in the Middle East and Western countries, so your data may be processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Cookies
We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
