Who we are
This website and its services are provided by Axis Operations And Talent LLC, a company based in the United States ("Axis", "we", "us"). When you use the site or buy a service, you are contracting with Axis Operations And Talent LLC.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use this website, the job board or any paid listing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; individuals must be of legal age.
Services
We provide international recruitment and cross-border procurement services, a public job board, and paid company listings: a Job Listing ($50 USD one-time, live for 30 days) and a Featured Company Membership ($100 USD per month, featured profile plus job posting at no extra charge). Current prices are shown on our Pricing page.
Accounts
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your company information accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful, discriminatory or misleading job listings; fraud, spam or impersonation; infringing others' intellectual property; uploading malware, probing or interfering with security; or scraping the site or candidate data.
Intellectual property
Axis Operations And Talent LLC owns the website, its software, content, branding and logos. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You grant us a limited licence to host and display the content you submit (such as listings and profiles) solely to provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Memberships renew monthly until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Service level
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any vacancy will be filled or candidate hired. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may remove any listing or profile that breaks these Terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
